Ownership Mindset
-A person who takes "ownership" of their professional activities is someone who is very committed to their job; they adopt their duties as if they were their own, rather than thinking about them as being something they do because their boss or the company requires it.
Always remember that all Managers and Superiors are watching and aware of your actions. Ronny is the best example of a great employee. His working strategy is one of the good examples of a Korean-style worker. And now Ronny receives a Brand New Helmet as an incentive for his good work. We are also very impressed for how other staffs push their selves to the limit and worked too hard just earn much as they could. Think of this company as a first step, more like an audition for a greater plan of our bigger opportunity. And if one of you will be brought to such opportunity, your future surely will be bright. As the Vice-President said "Treat me good and do your job good, then I will give you as much of what you having!”.
